Poetry Society

Established in 1909, the London-based Poetry Society is a membership organisation open to all. Its stated aim is to "to promote the study, use and enjoyment of poetry". At present the Society's Director is Jules Mann.

The Poetry Society publishes "Poetry Review," Britain's leading poetry magazine, which provides a forum for poems from both new and established poets. It's editor is currently Fiona Sampson. [ [http://www.poetrysociety.org.uk/content/publications/review/ The Poetry Society (Poetry Review) ] ]
