Roberto Gaston Orci (born 1973 in Mexico City, Mexico) is a Mexican film and television producer and screenwriter. His credits include "The Legend of Zorro", "", the 2007 "Transformers" feature film, and the upcoming 2009 "Star Trek" feature film.

Early life

Orci is the older brother of J. R. Orci. He was raised in Canada, Texas, and Los Angeles, where he met his longtime friend and collaborator Alex Kurtzman. He attended The University of Texas at Austin.
