Sakhi Hassan (Urdu: سخی حسن ) is one of the neighbourhoods of North Nazimabad Town in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. [ [http://www.karachicity.gov.pk/town/index.asp?txtTown=N.Nazimabad North Nazimabad Town - Government of Karachi] ]

Sakhi Hasan is named as the shrine (mazar) of a pious man Sakhi Hasan is there. There is another mazar of a pious man and famous poet Behzad Lakhnavi. This area is densely populated. The last stop of 2K bus is here. Other famous identities are Dak Khana (Post Office) Karachi Medical and Dental Hospital KMDC , Chouhdry Mateen and several girls and Boys colleges and School.
The bus routes to reach here are 4k, 2k, 4J, W30, G17, 4X, w29 , Niaz Coach , Khan Coach, 13 and many other
