Luke Priddis (born 14 April 1977 in Dubbo, New South Wales) is an Australian National Rugby League player. He plays the position of hooker for the Penrith Panthers Rugby League Club.

Before moving to Penrith, Priddis played for the Canberra Raiders (winning the club's rookie of the year award in his debut season) and later the Brisbane Broncos.

Priddis has previously represented Australia and also gained representative honours playing for New South Wales in the State of Origin. In the year 2003 Luke Priddis won the Clive Churchill Medal in the Grand Final where the Penrith Panthers beat the Sydney Roosters 18-6. He scored one try and set up both other tries for winger Luke Rooney. After this match be became the only Panther to have played in two successful Grand Finals, having won with Brisbane in 2000. No hooker had previously won the Clive Churchill Medal since it was instigated in 1986, though two others have won it since.

After many years at Penrith, Luke will move to St George in 2009 till 2010. He is looking forward to linking with Ben Hornby and Jamie Soward. He will direct a fairly young forward pack that includes Dan Hunt, Beau Scott and Justin Poore. He will reunite will his old coach at the Broncos, Wayne Bennett.
