The following is an episode list for the Disney Channel sitcom Phil of the Future. The series premiered on June 18, 2004 and ended on August 19, 2006 with 43 episodes produced spanning two seasons. The episodes of the series aired out of chronological order, therefore this episode list is arranged in broadcast order.

Phil and his family are stuck in the 21st century. Not knowing when they'll return to their homes, Pim and Phil go to school. Pim becomes her class's chalk monitor, while Phil tutors Keely in Algebra and teaches her to be accepting of people outside her clique; Pim runs against Debbie in an election for chalk monitor.

Phil's class takes a field trip to a local tomato farm, where one of the activities is to walk in a vat of tomatoes while barefoot. Phil doesn't want to go because he only has four toes. His dad makes him a prosthetic toe, which is lost in the tomatoes, then found by Keely. They have a discussion about being honest, and Phil tells her he's from the future.

The Diffy family find out that a caveman snuck into their time machine, and Lloyd tries to get rid of him, but Phil wants to keep "Curtis".

Phil has to make a girl named Marla not like him. Pim joins the orchestra directed by Bradley but Debbie wants him to take Pim out of the show. Pim finds out and tries to sabotage Debbie's solo.

A school video project causes Phil to overlook his friends' feelings while Pim is a fast walker in a track meet. Phil apologizes in a video, and Pim uses Debbie's kiss as weapon to defeat her opponent. The reigning champion fast walker is afraid of girls.

Pim and Phil have problems with school bullies; Curtis adopts the neighbor's lawn ornaments. A bully's older brother wants to fight Phil, after Phil helps Pim stand up to the bully. Phil learns the older brother likes rabbits and gives him one, defusing the situation.

Phil's family decides to celebrate Unification Day, the time in the future when world peace began, but Phil and the crew get invited to an 11th grade party. Debbie helps Pim in cooking after she consecutively uses restaurant food as her assignment.

Keely's crush, Tanner, is cheating on her. When Darcy, the other girl, asks about Tanner, Phil morphs into him and kisses her privately. Phil tries to tell Keely but she thinks that he's just trying to break them up. After seeing Darcy return to kiss Tanner, Keely learns the truth and apologizes to Phil. Meanwhile, Pim tries to break up Debbie and Bradley because they annoy her with their love talk. She tricks Debbie into thinking that Bradley hit on her causing Debbie to throw a pie in his face. Debbie then wants Bradley back and asks Pim to train her to be just like her. In the end, Bradley ends up really liking Pim.

Keely takes Phil's New-Ager and makes herself older (25 years old) to see what she'll look like, but Mr. Hackett asks her out. Mr. Hackett is feeling depressed about his dating problems, and Phil and Keely help him gain the confidence to impress his ex-girlfriend. Pim and Bradley get bribes from a chef.

To get the after burner card for his skyak, Phil has to watch Pim while their parents are gone for the weekend; Pim tries to sabotage the weekend. Lloyd and Barbara have unknown mishaps on their road trip.

Lloyd plans to play American folk music at Phil's school assembly when Lloyd soon finds out that Phil and Pim are embarrassed by him; Curtis visits the dentist with caveman cavities.

Phil tries to help Keely overcome her stage fright so she can perform in front of the school. But that plan backfires when Phil notices that Keely can only sing in front of him. To end the problem, Phil shrinks himself and climbs up the mike stand to help to Keely. She then forgets about Phil and begins to swing the mike stand as she sings confidentily as she swings the mike stand Phil flies off. She does not win first place, but in fact Tara did. She then thanks Phil for his help.

Phil jeopardizes his family's chance to return to the future when he refuses to play pranks on the town mayor.

Note: Although this is a season one episode (originally scheduled to air May 27, 2005), Disney Channel premiered this episode when they already began airing season two episodes.

Phil and Keely takes care of dogs to earn money for the Festapalooza Concert; Pim pretends to be injured to make Debbie serve her.

Note: The voice of the dog, Max, that Phil and Keely bond with was provided by Rodney Dangerfield in his final performance.

Phil gets sent back to the 2nd grade to improve his penmanship. He then meets Tanner's little brother who has a camera taped onto his helmet. After his embarrassing moments in the 2nd grade he finds out that Tanner's little brother's camera that was taped onto his helmet taped all the things he did in 2nd grade, so he goes to Tanner's house and climbs to his room to try to get the tape back. He fails. The next morning , Tanner reveals to the whole student body that Phil Diffy went back to the 2nd grade. And he shows all the things Phil did. Phil admits that he went to the 2nd grade, but as he was saying this Tanner's little brother comes and tells of all the embarrassing things Tanner did such as he was crying at the petting zoo last week because the goat touched him and his mom had to buy him an ice cream to make him stop crying.

Debbie is reveald to be an evil cyborg, who terrorizes Pickford, leaving Keely, Phil, and Pim to save Halloween. They got to a room and find her slaves making cupcakes, Pim sets down a bucket of wateron the floor as Debbie comes in. She throws the water and Debbie melts into black goo, then they go to the Halloween party.

Phil uses his Wizard gadget to save a classmate; Pim pretends Curtis is her dad for a parent conference.

A malfunctioning gadget switches Phil's and Curtis' personalities once in a while, Phil tries to impress a girl named Alice (Alice Greczyn), Pim gets stressed out by her "not so best friend" Debbie and she takes a yoga class that Debbie teaches. Keely gets jealous of Phil's love interest to Alice and in the end of the episode Alice finds out that Phil was trying to impress her and she breaks up with him, Keely and Phil dance to the last song at the Ball.

Phil meets the new girl, Via, and makes her hang out with Keely so he can free himself from doing girl stuff with Keely. But Phil soon gets jealous when Keely spends more time with Via than him.

Phil forgot about Keely's birthday his first year in the past. This year, he gives Keely the best birthday present of the century, a skyacking trip. But then, Lloyd takes all the batteries out of their future gadgets. Pim meets her match named Simon Buber.

H.G. Wells is about to bury a time capsule which Lloyd and Barbara will find in the future. Lloyd tells Phil to place a note in the capsule warning them not to travel into the past, but it means that Keely and Phil's memories of each other will be erased forever.

Phil and Keely have to baby-sit for their Mr. Messcherschimitt's nephew, Nathan (Josh Flitter). But all goes wrong when Keely zaps Nathan with the new-ager too many times and turns him into an 80-year old from the inside. When she tries to zap him back into his age she accidentally zaps Phil, and Phil is soon turned into a 5-year old. Meanwhile, Pim sells volcanoes in her garage. But when Mr. Messcherschmitt comes back he busts Pim for sellig volcanoes. Mr. Messcherschimitt's sister comes back and Keely has successfully turned Nathan back to his age. But when Phil's dad comes Keely has to put Phil back into his normal age.

The Diffy family gets a future disease called greenmia that turns them green and makes them act the opposite of what they normally do. For example, Phil usually tells the truth, when he got the disease he couldn't stop lying.

Keely tries to put together two classmates, Grace (Ashley Drane) and Grady (Jason Earles). When she gives Grace a complete physical and confidence makeover, she then tells her to go for the person she likes. To Keely's surprise Grace likes Phil instead of Grady. But Phil doesn't like her back so he pretends to be a low-life so Grace won't like him but it still doesn't work, so they make a double date with Grady and Keely, Phil and Grace. Before the date Keely and Phil transform Grady into something more like Phil. At the end of the date Grady and Grace go to clean the telescope and Phil and Keely enjoy their date.

Even as Phil and Keely decide to become a couple, Phil gets the grim realization that the time machine is fixed. It also revealed that Lloyd was intentionally not repairing the time machine because the whole family is so happy living in this century. Upset that Phil's leaving just as they've admitted they love each other, Keely decides not to be there when the Diffys leave. But she changes her mind and rushes to the time machine... too late. Phil begs his father to go back, so he can truly say goodbye to Keely. Keely is reading the school news when Phil comes back to say goodbye. Phil exclaims "I didn't wanna leave without saying goodbye for real", and gives her a big passionate kiss on the lips in front of the entire school. Keely tells Phil to wait for her and Phil agrees and she gives him one more kiss. Phil leaves and goes back to the time machine, only to realize that they have left their pet caveman Curtis in 2006, and forgot all about him. In the final scene of the series, we see Curtis getting food from the fridge. Curtis notices he's alone and panics.
