The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine is the dental school of the University of Pittsburgh, located in Pittsburgh, PA. Founded in 1896, the school's facilities are historic Salk Hall, and an adjoining annex.

Facilities

* The Robinson Student Computer Center—This state-of-the-art computer laboratory/classroom offers a place for teaching as well as developing skills in information technology.
* Simulation Clinic—This teaching laboratory offers faculty and students a place where their practical dental treatment skills can be honed using patient simulation.
* The Salk Hall Dental Annex/Adjacent Clinics— Currently there sre 254 operatories for general and specialized dental treatment. Recent renovations of the Multidisciplanary Implant Center and the Center for Patients with Special Needs are scheduled to open this summer.
* Student Lounge— The student lounges provide students with an accessible and useful place to socialize and study.
* The Health Sciences Library System (HSLS)— The library provides students, faculty, and researches with a wide variety of information and services.
