Corporate History

Radware was co-founded by Yehuda Zisapel and Zohar Zisapel in 1997. Roy Zisapel is the current President, CEO and Director of Radware. In 1999 the company went public and was listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange. The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel and is a member of the Rad Group of companies.
