Plot
Like the first two "Cannonball Run" films, this film is a comedy set around an illegal cross-country race (inspired by the
Cannonball Baker Sea-To-Shining-Sea Memorial Trophy Dash ), except this time, the premise is that all the racers get arrested before the race begins, and all the sponsors have to line up new racers in a hurry!Cast
