# Arrondissement of Lannion, (subprefecture: Lannion) with 7 cantons and 60 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 91,357 in 1990, and was 93,105 in 1999, an increase of 1.91%.
# Arrondissement of Saint-Brieuc, (prefecture of the Côtes-d'Armor department: Saint-Brieuc) with 21 cantons and 122 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 247,080 in 1990, and was 252,604 in 1999, an increase of 2.24%.
