Redhu

Redhu is the last name of a particular clan or "gotra" of people from Jat community, who belong to the area of Jind in the State of Haryana, India. They are amongst one of the dominating 'Jat' communities in Haryana and are spread over around 28 villages covering mainly Jind followed by Hisar, Rohtak districts. Traditionally, Redhus have primarily been farmers and a large number also serve in the Indian Army, business, politics. Their history dates back to 'Kshatriyas' of ancient India. Now a days, "Redhus" are showing up in the areas like medicine, research, fashion designing, banking etc.
