The Uptown Residences is a condominium project by developer Pemberton Group in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Located at 35 Balmuto Street south of Bloor Street, the 48 floor retro-Art Deco tower will stand at 158 metres with 305 units. It is in the location of the former Uptown Theatre and is designed by Burka Varacalli Architects Incorporated.
