Patturaikkal is a very important commercial place in Thrissur City of Kerala, south India. Its only 2 km from (Swaraj Round). The Famous Poonkunnam Siva Temple and The Thiruvambady Sree Krishna temples are located near Patturaikkal.

The Patturaikal Junction is the intersection of Guruvayur-Thrissur and Shoranur-Thrissur Roads.The Poonkunnam Railway Station is located here. All passenger trains and a few long-distance express trains stop here.
