David Daubney

David Daubney

David Bruce Daubney (born July 23, 1947), a former MP, is currently head of the Ottawa Public Library Foundation Board of Directors, elected at the Annual General Meeting on May 24, 2005.

Former Ottawa West Member of Parliament David Daubney has a long history of community service, having served with the Kiwanis Club, the Ottawa Heart and Stroke Foundation and the United Way of Ottawa-Carleton. In the past David has been a volunteer on the Board of the Southern Ontario Library Service and served as a Trustee of the Ottawa Public Library, including two years as its Chairperson prior to amalgamation. He is coordinator of the Sentencing Reform Team at the Department of Justice.
