- Krumme Lanke (Berlin U-Bahn)
The station named after a nearby lake within the
Grunewaldforest opened on December 22, 1929. Alfred Grenanderdesigned the entrance hall that had to be demolished in 1986 due to its bad condition but has been rebuilt in its original form until 1989. The platform is below street level, though not underground. Plans to lengthen the U3 toward the Berlin Mexikoplatz railway station, which is just 1 km (0.6 mi) away, have never been carried out.
