Fife Ice Arena

Fife Ice Arena

Fife Ice Arena is the home to the oldest Ice Hockey team in the UK - the Fife Flyers. It is situated on Rosslyn St, in Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland. In the early hours of Tuesday 27 February 2007, it was badly damaged in a "huge fire." There were, however, no casualties involved, and there are thought to be no suspicious circumstances surrounding the blaze. The Arena, formerly known (and indeed still referred to as such by many people) as Kirkcaldy Ice Rink, is also the venue for many curling games [http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/edinburgh_and_east/6399895.stm]
