Paul Stewart (born 4 June, 1955) is a writer of children's books, best known for the bestselling "The Edge Chronicles", the Free Lance novels and the Far Flung Adventures series among others. Many of his books are illustrated by Chris Riddell. Paul Stewart lives in the Seaside town Brighton with his wife and children

The Edge Chronicles

Quint, Twig and Rook are all characters of "The Edge Chronicles"

Quint Saga

*"The Curse of the Gloamglozer"
*"The Winter Knights"
*"The Clash of the Sky Galleons"

Twig Saga

*"Beyond the Deepwoods"
*"Stormchaser"
*"Midnight Over Sanctaphrax"
*"The Stone Pilot" (World Book Day 2006 Novella)

Rook Saga

*"The Last of the Sky Pirates"
*"Vox"
*"Freeglader"

The tenth book is hinted to be about Old Sanctaphrax floating in Open Sky. It is part of no sequence, just tieing off all of the loose ends and unanswered questions that have developed through the series. Paul Stewart has also written a book that fits in with The Edgelands but not the story itself, "The Edge Chronicles Maps".

"The Lost Barkscrolls," is a collection of four short stories about the characters of the Edge Chronicles: Quint, The Stone Pilot, Maugin, Keris, and Rufus Filantine.

*"The Immortals"

A Knight's Story

*"A Knight's Story, Book One: Lake of Skulls
*"A Knight's Story, Book Two: Joust of Honor
*"A Knight's Story, Book Three: Dragon's Hoard

Muddle Earth

*"Muddle Earth"

This book contains three small novels that are not available separately; one can only buy them together as Muddle Earth. It contains various parodies of "The Lord of the Rings", such as the title spoofing Middle-earth, and with Mount Boom similar to Mount Doom. However, the storyline is completely different from "The Lord of the Rings". The books included in Muddle earth are:

*"Engelbert the Enormous"
*"Here Be Dragons"
*"Dr. Cuddles of Giggle Glade"

There is also rumoured to be a sequel to Muddle Earth to be published by Random House Children's books in the near future.

Barnaby Grimes

"Main article:" Barnaby Grimes
*"The Curse of the Nightwolf"
*"Return of the Emerald Skull"
*"Legion of the Dead"
