Henry Edward Perenara (born June 16 1980 in Auckland, New Zealand) is a New Zealand rugby league player who played for the Cronulla Sharks, St George Illawarra Dragons, Melbourne Storm, New Zealand Warriors and the Parramatta Eelsin the National Rugby League competition. His position of choice is at Lock though he can also play in the Second Row. He is a brother of Marcus Perenara.
