Les Kershaw

Les Kershaw

Dr Les Kershaw is the former chief scout and Academy Director of Manchester United. Brian McClair replaced him as Director of the Academy at the end of the 2005–2006 season. Les is one of the people who was instrumental in bringing players like Paul Ince, Ole Gunnar Solskjær and Roy Keane to the club.

He famously wasn't impressed with Thierry Henry when he was sent scouting at AS Monaco FC.
