Álvaro Guillermo Peña (born February 11, 1965 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra) is a former football striker from Bolivia. He played 43 international matches and scored 4 goals for the Bolivia national team [ [http://www.rsssf.com/miscellaneous/bol-recintlp.html rsssf: Bolivia record international footballers] ] He made one appearance in the 1994 FIFA World Cup.At club level he played for San José, where he was the Bolivian league topscorer in 1992. Managerial career

After retiring as a player, Peña took up coaching. He has served as the manager of Blooming, Oriente Petrolero and Destroyers. He currently works for Ukrainian team Dinamo Kiev, where he is part of the coaching staff on the youth sector.
