Ferdie Catropa

Ferdie Catropa, born 1953 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, is an American professional golfer. He was a member of the Professional Golfers' Association of America.

Catropa displayed early skill at golf, and represented Connecticut in the 1969 United States Golf Association Amateur Championship, and attended college in Miami, Florida.

Catropa turned professional in 1972, and won the Westchester Open in 1976. He also set the nine hole record at the Connecticut Open.

He was the head golf professional at Birchwood Country Club, Ornoque Country Club, and Maplemore Golf Course in Westchester County, New York.

He currently resides in Monroe, Connecticut.
