Terry Fox Secondary School is a school with 2,000 students located in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. The original school was built on Wellington Street in the 1950s under the name of Port Coquitlam Senior Secondary for grades 11 and 12. It was renamed Terry Fox Senior Secondary School after 1976 graduate Terry Fox. The "Senior" was dropped from the name after a restructuring by Coquitlam School District 43, when junior high schools were replaced by middle schools. In 1999, to help deal with major overcrowding issues, the school was relocated to a new, larger building, several kilometres away on Riverwood Gate. However, the new building quickly became overcrowded as well, and is now home to over 18 portables. The School has respected athletic programs, namely in Basketball and Football, and is usually ranked in both sports. Terry Fox Senior Secondary enjoys a celebrated history of staging popular spring musicals and dramas, an apex of sorts occurred during the tenures of directors Ed Harrington and David Secunda (and musical director Wayne Sawyer). The theatre program produced such artists as acclaimed actor Michelle Monteith and movie director / writer Richard Bell.

The old school on Wellington Street is currently owned by two academic institutions, a French school, École des Pionniers (for children with at least one French-speaking parent) and a Christian private school, British Columbia Christian Academy.

Terry Fox Secondary School is a neighbouring school of Archbishop Carney Regional Secondary School with a 5 minute walk between the schools.

The Terry Fox Theatre, a privately-run operation, adjoins the north side of the school.
