Eurasia Group is best known as a political risk advisory group, and is generally recognized to be the first to systematically bring political science as a discipline to Wall Street. Acquisitions

In March 2005, Eurasia Group acquired the assets of Intellibridge, a Washington DC-based strategic advisory firm founded by former-National Security Advisor Anthony Lake and David Rothkopf.
