State University of Tetovo

The State University of Tetovo ( _mk. Државен универзитет во Тетово, _sq. Universiteti Shtetëror i Tetovës), located in Tetovo, is one of four Macedonian state universities. The university was established on 17 December 1994, however, it was not officially recognized as a state university by the Macedonian government until January, 2004. Currently, the University is chaired by Sadi Bexheti. Courses and lectures are mostly held in Albanian, but also in Macedonian and English.

The university consists of ten faculties:
