Sarah Wilson (journalist)

Sarah Wilson (journalist)

Sarah Wilson is an Australian journalist and television presenter most notable for presenting the first season of the competitive cooking show MasterChef Australia.

Before MasterChef, Wilson was the restaurant reviewer and editor of Australian Cosmopolitan magazine until 2007.[1] The show was her first TV presenting job.[2] Broadcaster Network Ten later dropped Wilson from hosting duties for subsequent seasons, stating that "the appropriate role for Sarah was not achievable without dramatically changing the format".[3]

Wilson is the eldest of six children, and has a graduate diploma in professional writing from the University of Canberra.[1]
