Old Town Road is a short but primary east-west artery in East Shore, Staten Island. It is known to provide the shortest route between Richmond Road and Hylan Boulevard.

Transversing Staten Island's Old Town neighborhood, landmarks include the New York Tattoo Museum,[1] the Staten Island Railway's Old Town Station,[2] as well as the campus of Carmel Richmond Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.[3]
