Ogof Hen Ffynhonnau (Welsh for: Old Springs Cave) lies in the Alyn Gorge, North Wales close to Ogof Hesp Alyn. It was discovered in 1978 after excavation allowed access to Dyer's Adit.

It is sometimes known as Poacher's Cave after the fact that it had been an on-going dig by the Northern Pennine Club, but was first entered by members of the North Wales Caving Club.
