Obva (Russian: Обва) – is a river in Perm Krai, Russia. Right tributary of Kama river. It starts in the Upper Kama Upland, in the west part of Sivinsky District, near the border of Kirov oblast. Flows into Kama Reservoir in 780 km from confluence Kama and Volga. It is 247 km long. Drainage basin is 6,720 km2.

Frozen from late October to late April or early May.
