Now That's What I Call Music 28 or Now 28 was released on 3 November 2008. The album is the 28th edition of the (New Zealand) Now! series. The compilation continued the chain of number-one Now That's What I Call Music CDs, sitting at number one for nine consecutive weeks and was certified 3x Platinum. The album features four number ones from the RIANZ New Zealand singles chart (Rihanna's "Disturbia", Nesian Mystik's "Nesian 101", P-Money's "Everything" and Katy Perry’s' "I Kissed a Girl") and eighteen top ten hits.
