"Nothing's Changed Here" is the title of a song co-written and recorded by country music artist Dwight Yoakam. It was co-written with the well known country songwriter Kostas. It was released in July 1991 as the third single from his album If There Was a Way. It only peaked at #15 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart[1] while it became his biggest hit from this album in Canada, reaching #2 on the RPM country singles chart.
