The Cleveland Show's third season debuted on the Fox network on September 25, 2011.

On June 10, 2010, it was announced that the series had been renewed for a third season.^[1]

During this season, the Brown-Tubbs get a new neighbor, Donna reunites with her mother, Cleveland Jr. joins the church choir, Cleveland discovers a conspiracy behind pop music and Cleveland's most embarrassing secrets are revealed to the world. There will also be a tribute to the movie, Die Hard.^[2] According to co-creator Mike Henry, musical guests on season three will include Kanye West, will.i.am, Nicki Minaj, Bruno Mars, Questlove, Chris Brown, and Fergie. The hurricane-themed crossover episode with Family Guy and American Dad! that would have aired last season but was postponed due to tornadoes in the South, was aired on October 2, 2011.^[3][4]

Meanwhile, Cleveland tries to open an airport bar but ends up drunk and flying a stolen plane.
