2011 New Year Honours

The New Year Honours 2011, principally for the United Kingdom but also the Commonwealth Realms, were announced on 31 December 2010 to celebrate the year passed and mark the beginning of 2011.[1][2]

The recipients of honours are displayed here as they were styled before their new honour, and arranged by the country whose ministers advised HM The Queen on the appointments, then by honour, with grades i.e. Knight/Dame Grand Cross, Knight/Dame Commander etc. and then if appropriate, divisions (i.e. Military and Civil).
