The National Maritime Intelligence Center (NMIC) is a United States Navy military intelligence facility located in Suitland-Silver Hill, Maryland in Prince George's County, Maryland located east of Washington, DC and is part of the Suitland Federal Center.

NMIC houses offices of the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), the Naval Information Warfare Activity (NIWA), the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), and the Coast Guard Intelligence Coordination Center (ICC).[1]

NMIC itself describes NMIC as follows:

The National Maritime Intelligence Center functions as a "one stop shopping" site for national level maritime intelligence. NMIC supports joint operational commanders with a worldwide organization and an integrated workforce of active duty, reserve and civilian personnel.

Current NMIC Director is Rear Admiral Thomas P. Meek (since October 2009)[citation needed], Deputy Director of NMIC is currently Rear Admiral Roy Nash (since July 2009).[3]
