Bernard Cohen (Australian author)

Bernard Cohen (born 1963) is an Australian novelist. He was born in Lansing, Michigan in the United States, and emigrated to Australia when he was nine months old.

He won the 1996 The Australian/Vogel Literary Award, three times "Sydney Morning Herald" Best Young Australian novelist, winner of a 2001 Arts Council England Writer's Award.

He currently directs The Writing Workshop, which runs creative writing programs for children in Sydney, and via the internet.
