Myxodagnus macrognathus, known commonly as the Longjaw stagazer in Mexico,[1] is a species of sand stargazer in the genus Myxodagnus.[2] It is a tropical blenny known from around Mexico and Peru, in the southeastern Pacific Ocean.[2] It was described by S.F. Hildebrand in 1946.[3] Female blennies in this species can reach a maximum length of 5.98 centimetres.[2]
