Plot

J.D. and Turk put on a comedy show in the hospital, but when the two interns playing them, Denise Mahoney and Sunny Dey, depict them sharing a passionate kiss, J.D. and Turk are left with the impression that people believe them to be gay. Disturbed by this, J.D. and Turk briefly try to tone down their "bromance", but then reconcile and act like their usual selves.

After Carla is embarrassed when the Janitor witnesses her plucking a hair from her chest, she tricks him into thinking he imagined the whole thing. The Janitor wonders whether he is losing his mind, but Carla convinces him that the hospital is simply taking a toll on him.

Elliot is annoyed that Denise doesn't get out enough. When they come to care for a patient whose mother restricts her from going out, Elliot uses this to prove a point to Denise that without friends, the hospital will ruin her. As a result, Denise goes and hangs out with the interns, including Sunny.
