Scone High School is a government high school, located in the town of Scone, New South Wales. Currently around 500 students from Scone, Aberdeen, Murrurundi and surrounding areas attend the school.

Well known for its agricultural programme, Scone High School has been rewarded with success at the Royal Easter Show at Sydney for many years. It is also famous for getting two students in "Picture" magazine in 1999.

Scone High has also been successful in sports competitions, mainly rugby league. Former Newcastle, St. Helens and Sharks winger Darren Albert and former Newcastle, Parramatta and current Wests-Tigers player John Morris, as well as current Canberra Raiders forward Dane Tilse have attended the school.

The school is also well regarded for its agriculture, equestrian, drama, music, sports and technology programmes.

The school has come under heavy criticism from former students over it's failure to address rampant bulling and violence
