The Coalition "Working Bloc" led by the People's Party, which had won the absolute majority of votes, with the former True People's Party MPs that joined the original NS and the Unified Youth of Montenegro formed a stable parliamentary majority with 44 MPs, occasionally joined by non-partisans.
