Yang Berhomat Mohd Yusmadi Mohd Yusoff is a Malaysian politician and is currently the Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for the Balik Pulau constituency in Penang, Malaysia. He is a member of Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) and a shadow Minister for Education in the Pakatan Rakyat opposition coalition.

Yusmadi was elected to Parliament in the 2008 election, narrowly winning the former UMNO seat of Balik Pulau.^[1] He is also a lawyer.^[2]
