Miss Texas USA 2004, was held at the Lubbock Municipal Auditorium on July 28, 2003, at the end of tonight's competition Stephanie Guerrero of Houston who was crowned by outgoing queen Nicole O'Brian.

The pageant was hosted by Dan O'Rourke along with Christine Friedel who was Miss Texas USA 1994

This was the final time the pageant was held in Lubbock, TX
