The 6th Annual Miss Teen World Puerto Rico pageant was held on February 20, 2010 in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Nicole De La Torre, who won the title of Miss Teen World Puerto Rico 2009, will crown her successor, who will then represent Puerto Rico at the Miss Teen World 2010 pageant which will be held in Brazil. The Miss Teen Universe Puerto Rico 2010 and Miss Teen Continentes Del Mundo Puerto Rico 2010 will also be chosen in the final night of this event. On January 18 the polls opened and the public will deiced one contestant will get a direct win in the semis. Rio Piedras withdrew from the competetion.The winner was Cayey Francheska Carrasquillo. Miss Lajas and Miss. Lares took the other two titles. Lajas will be going to Peru, Lares to El Salvador and Cayey will travel to China.
