The Geneva Master in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) is a one-year postgraduate master's program in law (LL.M.) in the field of international dispute settlement. It is a joint venture between the University of Geneva and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.

International dispute settlement is a relatively recent field of study in law that combines dispute resolution between private parties (international commercial arbitration), between a state and a party (international investment arbitration) and between states (International Court of Justice, WTO, etc.). This new field is starting to have its own educational programs in universities. The University of Geneva and the Geneva-based Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies run the main such program, the MIDS.[1] It was inaugurated on 1 October 2008 by a lecture delivered by James Crawford (Cambridge University).[2]

The MIDS has a student body of about 30-35 students each year.
