Mark Borodovsky

Mark Borodovsky is a Regents' Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Computational Science and Engineering and Director of Center for Bioinformatics and Computational Genomics at Georgia Tech. He is a Founder of the Georgia Institute of Technology Bioinformatics M.Sc. and Ph.D. Program.^[1] Since 1990 his lab at Georgia Tech has developed a line of gene finding algorithms (the GeneMark line) that have been frequently used in research labs in the US and abroad.
