Manolita Saval

Manolita Saval (Juana Maria Saval) was an actress and singer. She was born on February 5, 1914 in Paris of Spanish parents and died on August 23, 2001 in Mexico City.[1][2]

She was the mother of the actor Manuel Saval.[2] She was the niece of the Spanish opera singer Vicente Ballester Aparício.[3]

In a review of her film debut in "Harvest," the New York Times described her as "a new and charming Mexican actress."[4] She appeared in over 30 films and television programs, as well as in plays, operettas, and operas.[1][2]
