The fictional multiverse of the Wizards of the Coast Magic: The Gathering trading card game, introduced in 1993, has many characters. This alphabetic list includes characters to which the flavor text on the cards is atributted or who are mentioned in it, along with those referred in related games, novels, comics or short stories.

Palladia-Mors

An legendary Elder Dragon, sister of Chromium. She lost her planeswalker-spark when a powerful world spell cast all other dragons to the land, creating the elder land wyrms. (Card: Palladia-Mors

Panya

A female Granger Guildmage from Zhalfir. Somewhat blunt and earthy (Card: Withering Boon)

Parcher

One of the planeswalkers Urza had originally selected for his mission to Phyrexia during the Invasion. After being badgered by Taysir and the others, Urza reluctantly left him out of the final roster, replacing him with the far-more-stable Daria.

Pashad Ibn Asim

A Suq'Ata trader who cherishes the sight of hunting griffins (Card: Ekundu Griffin)

Pashadar Dirf

Goblin flotilla commander, deceased (Card: Vodalian Mage)

Pashalik Mons

A famous goblin lord (Cards: Mons's Goblin Raiders, Nalathni Dragon)(Tapestries)

Pavel Maliki

A man who wandered the realms helping those in greatest need. But was this a measure of his generosity or of his obligation to atone? (Legends)

Pearl-Ear

A Kitsune advisor to the court of Lord Konda, who guarded and accompanied princess Michiko Konda during the Kamigawa storyline.

Pemmin

A surveyor for the Riptide Project in Otaria, which created the slivers. Pemmin is a translucent blue humanoid, mostly wrapped in a cloak. The art on the card Pemmin's Aura is not of Pemmin. (Card: Stifle,Riptide Survivor)

Perena Deepcutter

Dwarven armorer killed by a Karplusan Yeti (Cards: Dwarven Armory, Karplusan Yeti)

Peter Douglas

A corporal who testified at a court martial hearing (Card: Goblin War Drums)

Phage

The Untouchable, a title which refers to the withering effect of her slightest touch. Originally Jeska, a Pardic barbarian and sister to Kamahl, she is struck down by Kamahl's Mirari-empowered blade and rendered comatose. She is then captured by the Cabal and transformed into Phage by their magic. Tested in the Cabal Pits, her Pardic skills, Cabal magical prowess, and rotting touch make her a formidable adversary and the Cabal's star attraction. The illusionist Ixidor, also a pit fighter, loses his partner Nivea to Phage. He later discovers an ability to make his illusions real and creates an angel avatar, Akroma, to avenge Nivea. Phage and Akroma embark on a fanatical and devastating war. At the same time, Phage becomes romantically involved with the Cabal Patriarch, who shares a similar death touch that can cancel out Phage's own. Phage becomes pregnant and bears Kuberr, the reincarnation of the Cabal god himself. After learning that Akroma may try to conquer a remote city of war deserters to turn against the Cabal, Phage raises her own army to reach the city first. Both armies reach the city at the same time and a three-way battle ensues. At its climax, Kamahl eliminates the three army generals in one strike — Phage, Akroma, and Zagorka of the deserters. This act creates Karona, the embodiment of all of Dominaria's magic. (Card: Phage the Untouchable) (Onslaught)

Pianna

A nomad captain and leader of the Northern Otarian Order. Fanatical in both her opposition to the Cabal and her hatred of artifice. However she actually did do dealings with The Cabal. Pianna is killed when Kirtar brings the Mirari back to the Order Stronghold and subsequently loses control of its power. A statue of her in her final moments is in the new Order Stronghold. Piru

A legendary Elder Dragon. The Monolith of Piru in Golthonor is named for him (comics) Life partner of Chromium.

Pizoondertanx

A white elder dragon who rule the land of Dominaria in Dragon-era. He was slain by a mere human Rokin after the fall of Primeval Dragons. (The Dragon of Magic Anthology)

Pol Cordel

An elderly Benalish soldier. Friend of Gerrard, who keeps his hourglass pendant (part of the Legacy) safe for him. He convinced Gerrard to take up the burden he was born for.

Elder researcher and head of the synod on Mirrodin

Primata Delphine

Purraj of Urborg

An evil female Panther Warrior, Kaervek's most important ally. Although Purraj viewed herself as a leader of her kind, many cat warriors only followed her out of fear. Purraj is believed to have died in the explosion that released Mangara, but no corpse was ever found.
