Dolphin Capital Investors is a developer of seafront land in emerging markets. It invests in large sites in coastal locations in areas of natural beauty, which have potential for high end residential development and leisure integrated resorts.

Its partners are some of the world’s leaders in hospitality (including Amanresorts, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Kempinski, and Nikki Hotels[4]), architecture (including RAMSA, Designrealization, Denniston International, and John Heah) and golf design (including Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Tony Jacklin, and Rees Jones).

The four flagship projects of the Company are The Porto Heli Collection[5], Venus Rock Golf Resort[6], Playa Grande Club and Reserve [7], and Pearl Island[8].

Dolphin Capital Investors is managed by Dolphin Capital Partners, an independent private equity firm led by Miltos Kambourides and Pierre Charalambides.
