Derby Paulista is the name that is known among the traditional São Paulo soccer club Sport Club Corinthians Paulista and Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras. It is the rivalry between two of football clubs still active in the oldest city of São Paulo. The Derby Paulista is among the 10 greatest classics of the world.^{[citation needed]}
