The station's studio is located at the 2nd Floor Timogan Building, MBC Studio in Nasipit, Agusan del Norte, and its transmitter is located at Brgy 3, Nasipit, Agusan del Norte, Philippines. DXRR Double-R Radio Nasipit is upgraded its transmitter into 2,000 wattage power in order to reach other areas.

DXRR Hot Fm Double-R Radio Nasipit is now can be heard in some part Butuan City and the three towns of Agusan del Norte namely, Buenavista, Carmen and Nasipit which is the station is located .
