Cop Car is the second release and first EP release by Heypenny, released on August 9, 2009. The album is the result of a restructuring and reformation of the band after the release of Use These Spoons.
The EP begins with 'Cop Car', whose music video has won recognition at the South by Southwest music and film festival in early 2010. The album also contains an early demo of 'Cop Car', as well as two other songs: 'Oh No' and 'Emperors New Clothes'.
