GreenPAK[1] is a one-time NVM programmable Mixed Signal Array used for integrating many discrete ICs and surrounding circuitry into a single device. It is intended for replacing 4 & 8-Bit Microcontrollers, integrating Glue Logic, Timing Sequencing, Voltage Monitors and other utility functions. A custom IC design can be configured and programmed utilizing Silego’s GreenPAK Designer Software and GreenPAK USB Programming Kit.

The GreenPAK2 SLG46400 is Silego's second generation GreenPAK product and is a one-time programmable micro-FPGA with programmable analog components and comes in a small 2.5mm x 2.5mm TDFN-12 package. The GreenPAK 2 operates at a 1.8V to 5V voltage range and provides a small component for commonly used mixed-signal functions. The user creates their circuit design by programming the one time Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) to configure interconnect logic, I/O Pins and macro cells of the SLG46400.

GreenFET is high voltage N-Channel MOSFET Driver for solving complex power sequencing requirements.

GreenFET2 is a 2x3 mm TDFN RDS(on) Power Load Switch. GreenFET integrated control circuitry and MOSFET into a single die. Sleep mode current equals 1µA, active mode current 15µA per channel. Both GreenFET and GreenFET2 eliminate PFET use.
GreenCLK [2] is silicon based 32.768 kHz crystal replacement technology, when combined with a xMHz crystal will yield an IC with 32.768 kHz clock outputs and multiple xMHz clock outputs. GreenCLK's power equals 32.768 kHz RTC at 2.5µA typ, performance over temperature is +/- 25ppm to +/- 50ppm 32.768 kHz, the footprint equals 2x2 mm TDFN or 3x3mm TQFN.

GreenXTL is a clock chip that generates LVPECL and CMOS clock outputs with any frequency ranging from 25 MHz to 250 MHz. It has a low phase jitter and a small footprint (2x2 mm TQFN or 3x3 mm 16-Pin TQFN).

GreenDDR3 - DDR3 & GreenDDR3 Registers]</ref> is the Lowest Power DDR3 Register.

Battery Charger ID - USB 2.0 Battery Charging specification(BC) 1.1 & 1.2; Chinese Telecom Standard YD/T 1591-2009; proprietary Apple dedicated charger scheme; support mouse/keyboard wake-up function from S3(Sleep) mode; support SDP, CDP, DCP Handshaking protocol.
