Condominium 1 is a private home in Sea Ranch, California. It sits on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
The home was the first major work of American architect Charles Moore.[1] The design was inspired by barns and other farm buildings in the region and, with the help of landscape architect Lawrence Halprin, was built to take into account the local ecology.[1]
The home won the Twenty-five Year Award by the American Institute of Architects in 1991 and was paced on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.
